Announcement of unavailability of courts at GYSS

Dear Members,

Referring to my earlier announcement of the unavailability of courts @ GYSS on 5th and 12th May 09 due their semesterial examination. The school has informed us they have revised their schedule and thus next Tuesday, 28th April 09 session is also affected and is cancelled. Please inform other members who may not know of this latest arrangement.

You are welcome to join the session @ HPPS on Thursday which has not been affected so far by the coming school's semesterial examination.

This is to inform you that there are special discount season tickets offer by SBA under "Friends of Aviva Open Singapore Year 09". This tournament will be held from 9 to 14 June 2009 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The offer price of Tickets are as follows:

Season Ticket - Adult @ S$ 15

Season Ticket - Senior Citizen @ S$10
Premium Season Ticket @ S$53

The usual price will be as follows after the promotion period is over.

Friendly Game with Tampines players

Dear all,


In view of unavailability of courts on 5th May 09 at GYSS due to the school's semesterial examination, we have instead arranged for a freindly match with Tampines Sport Hall on that day to meeting other badminton enthusiasts beyong the club. Thus, please inform Jeffrey (Chairman) of your availability for his planning purposes. Due to shortage of our players, all members including Thursday session are encouraged to participate as well.

New Venue at Henry Park Primary School for every Thursday

Dear Members,

It is true to say there is always light at the end of every tunnel. With the help of our adviser, Mr See Chak Mun, we have found a new place for every Thursday with effect from next Thursday, 16 April 09. Please click the name of the school to locate the venue. See you there.

Unavailability of courts at Gan Eng Seng Pri School

All Members,

With effect from next week, no court is available at Gan Eng Seng Primary School. All members are encouraged to join the session at Guangyang Secondary school on every Tuesday till we get a new venue.
